Radio Communications of Charleston, Inc and First Page is a locally owned company in Goose Creek, SC.  Rick Buckner opened RCC in 1971 as a small two way radio dealer servicing Public Service Departments.  After leaving the Navy in 1975, where he was a radioman in submarine communications, Rick had a vision to provide wireless applications across the low country.  Recognizing the need for quality service behind the sale, he instilled this in his business operations.  As RCC set out to satisfy a need for business, public safety and military wireless communication products and services in Goose Creek, it soon grew to develop business in Summerville & Charleston, South Carolina.  Today RCC sells and services throughout many counties in SC, offering Motorola two-way radios, Motorola repeaters, MOTOTRBO products, Broadband equipment and applications, GPS Fleet Management equipment and web monitoring service, Networkfleet Fleet Management Systems, mobile video recorders, text message pagers and more.

Rick is a member of several community organizations and economic development boards that work toward the betterment of Goose Creek and the state of S.C.
